Good to know!
During high season and peak periods, bookings can be cancelled up to 15 days before the arrival date, after which the fee to be paid is 30% of the total price of the accommodation. In mid-, pre- and postseason, bookings can be cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date, after which the fee to be paid is 30% of the total price of the accommodation.
Arrival: from 3 PM, leaving: until 11 AM.
Please be sure to bring your photo ID with you, as we are required by law to record your personal data in the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA). The legislation also applies to children.
Dogs can be brought into the apartments upon prior arrangement. The service fee is HUF 6000 /dog/night (medium sized dogs up to 20kg). Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and spa area!
On request, we can provide a shuttle service from the local bus and train stations for HUF 2400/transfer. (Prior arrangement required)
Senior packages: Senior discount - it comes with age! and Senior Plus offers are only available to those over 60 years of age. These packages can be booked for arrivals on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
On arrival, guests can collect the keys to the houses upon payment of a deposit. This is HUF 10,000/apartment/stay, which will be refunded by our colleagues on the day of leaving, after the apartments have been checked and returned.
The price difference between the "from" value indicated in the package offers and the value received in the offer is due to our dynamic pricing.
Our prices vary according to occupancy. The fewer available spots we have for a given period, the higher our prices. Conversely, the more available spots we have for a given period, the more favorable our prices are.
