Sweating is good!
In our sauna world you can do this at a wide range of temperatures. Taking sauna is a healthy activity with many known benefits. You can experience them for yourself when you visit us. It detoxifies, strengthens the immune system, beautifies the skin and relaxes. Guests can also take part in special sauna séances led by our sauna masters.
However, for perfect results, it is important to enjoy the heat in moderation and according to sauna etiquette. Our sauna world has been designed so that even those who can't stand the high temperatures can find one to suit them.

Infrared Sauna
- Recommended daily use: 30-40 minute
- Temperature: 40-45 °C
Infrared saunas are less stressful for the body. It has detoxifying, nourishing and skin regenerating effects and is recommended for 30-40 minutes a day.
Rose Peach Aroma Sauna
- Recommended daily use: 30-40 minute
- Temperature: 55-60 °C
Our peach aroma sauna is also less demanding. This type of sauna is distinguished by its unique, cosy design and the pleasant scent of aromatic oils.
Finnish Sauna
- Recommended daily use: 5-15 minute
- Temperature: 90-100 °C
The Finnish sauna is traditionally a low-humidity, detoxifying sauna with an intensive effect, and 5-15 minutes of sauna time is recommended. This should not be repeated more than three times in a row.
Outdoor Finnish Sauna
- Recommended daily use: 5-15 minute
- Temperature: 90-100 °C
The Finnish sauna is traditionally a low-humidity, detoxifying sauna with an intensive effect, and 5-15 minutes of sauna time is recommended. It provides an excellent venue for sauna séances. It can also be an exciting venue for a private or corporate team building programme. We also offer the possibility to rent the sauna. It can comfortably accommodate 15-18 people.
Relax Sauna
- Recommended daily use:
- Temperature: 65 °C
The main feature of the relax sauna is that the chamber is heated to a lower temperature than the classic Finnish sauna, and the humidity is not too high. Sweating profusely cleanses the pores of your skin, affecting the mineral composition of your body.

Let's enhance the experience
Steam Chamber
A chamber with 100% humidity, a temperature of 40 °C and a pleasant smell. The hot steam stimulates blood circulation, dilating and clearing the pores of the skin. The recommended stay is 10-15 minutes.
Salt Chamber
The salty air from salt bricks is excellent for treating asthma and respiratory infections. Also recommended for smokers.
Plunging Pool
The 16°C plunging pool is recommended after a sauna. It is an excellent vasodilator, tightens dilated pores and stimulates blood circulation. The recommended time is only a few seconds, and you should keep moving during this time.
Plunge Tub
It is located next to our outdoor Finnish Sauna for those who love extreme “pleasures”. The 16°C plunging pool is recommended after a sauna. It is an excellent vasodilator, tightens dilated pores and stimulates blood circulation. The recommended time is only a few seconds, and you should keep moving during this time.
Kneipp Walk Pool
A four-part hot and cold alternating pool, excellent for treating varicose veins and vascular problems. It is recommended to switch between sections with different temperature every 10 seconds.
Relaxing Sand Room
One of our specialties, available exclusively at our Hotel. We wanted to create a relaxation room where we could “bring in” nature and the experience of the Tisza river-bank. In this room, you can relax on real Tisza sand after using one of the saunas, listening to soft music and watching a film about the natural beauty of the area.
Tepidarium
A quiet room where you can relax on comfortable loungers while listening to the sound of the water. It is completely quiet in there, you can focus inward and surrender yourself to the experience.
Good to know!
It is not only good manners, but also good health to follow some basic rules when taking a sauna. As we are not exactly a “sauna-user” nation, it is understandable that not everyone is at home in this area.
