  1. This Policy regulates the use of the Spa and the terms and conditions for using the services in the Establishments. This Policy is applicable on the whole area of the Establishments.
  2. Please observe the regulations contained in the Policy, as well as the warnings of the spa staff.
  3. By purchasing a ticket, the guests of the spa agree to be legally bound by the provisions of this Policy, and they shall remain solely responsible for taking note and understanding the regulations and provisions set forth in this document. The Operator expressly draws the attention of the guests to the fact that they may only use of the adventure elements in good health and at their own risk.
  4. Those who do not comply with the provisions of the Policy, may see their services suspended and in justifiable instances, they may be banned from the whole area of the spa and other Establishments.
  5. Spa opening hours from April to October daily: 9AM-8PM and from October to April 9AM-10PM (However, the closing of the pool area and the outdoor pools, as well as the shutdown of the adventure elements and slides, takes place 15 minutes before closing.)
  6. Ticket office opens at 9AM and closes 1 hour before the closing of the spa.
  7. Swimming pool: 6AM-9:30AM (During the winter, only the indoor swimming pool can be used. In addition, the outdoor swimming pool is available during summer.
  8. The spa pools’ water is drained down every day. In order to allow the guests to bathe in fresh thermal water when the spa opens again, the draining of the thermal water of the spa pools begins 1 or half an hour before the closing hour, respectively.
  9. The sauna world opens every day at 10 AM. It closes 15 minutes before the spa closing.
  10. The Operator may change the opening hours of the Establishments in justified cases (in particular, but not limited to public holidays, national holidays, etc.), but shall inform the guests preferably in advance, in writing in the lobby of the Establishments, and online on its website.
  11. The Operator is entitled to close all or part of the Establishments in justified cases (for technical reasons, events, etc.), because of which the guests shall not be entitled to claim damages or bring any other claims against the Operator, however, the guests are to be informed about these events on site and/or online.
  12. In the event of any potential reduction in services due to technical reasons, the Operator reserves the right to decide at its own discretion, whether or not to apply a fee change.
  13. When entering the spa, please purchase an adequate ticket or present another entry document (seasonal ticket, voucher etc.)
  14. Any person wishing to use the spa without purchasing a ticket shall be required by the Operator to leave the premises immediately, and the Operator can ask for the assistance of an official for this, if necessary.
  15. The purchased daily tickets are for a single entry (except when the guests purchase an exit ticket along with the entry ticket)
  16. The issuing of tickets ends 1 hour before closing, therefore new persons cannot enter the spa after that.
  17. Entry to the Spa is on a first come first served basis. Exceptions may be made to pre-registered groups; persons with reduced mobility and expectant mothers (the latter two are required to prove their condition on request, in a credible manner).
  18. The spa ticket entitles guests to a given number of entries depending on the ticket type, during its validity period.
  19. The ticket is only valid for the service for which it was issued.
  20. Guests eligible for a discounted ticket: - Free access to the spa for children under 3 years. (The accompanying adult shall prove the child’s age in a credible manner, at the request of the Operator.) - guests of retirement age (i.e. those who have acquired a title to old-age pension according to applicable legislation in force and can show credible proof of the former) - residents of Tiszakécske (may purchase a discounted ticket upon presenting a document that qualifies them for a discount (official certificate, certificate of domicile, etc.). The Operator reserves the right to determine the authenticity of the certificates or proofs presented for the purpose of benefitting from a discount.
  21. The monitoring of the whole building including the Establishments, as well as of the car parks, the access control systems and the areas presenting a security risk, is done through a continuously operating video (camera) system. The Operator stores the recordings in accordance with legal requirements and if the recordings are not used, deletes the recordings (also in compliance with legislation) permanently. Recordings may only be shared with the authorities entitled thereto.
  22. The ticket price does not include the use of additional services (safe-deposit box, sauna, wellness and medical services).
  23. The services of the Establishments and of the sauna may only be used by guests at their own risk. Only guests who are able to swim have the right to use the pools, if the depth of the pool so justifies.
  24. Guests under the age of 14 may only stay in the territory of the Spa under the supervision of a parent or if accompanied by an adult (a person over 18).
  25. All guests are required to follow the instructions indicated on the warning signs, pictograms, etc. next to the pools. Following the life guard’s instructions is mandatory  during the use of all slides, pools and all adventure elements in the area of the spa.
  26. During a storm (when there’s lightening) the pool guard and the lifeguard will oblige the guests to leave the pool.
  27. Valuables can only be placed in the safe-deposit box at your own risk. (The Operator and its employees do not assume any  responsibility for the items placed in the safe-deposit box.)
  28. The Operator does not assume any responsibility for the items, valuables etc. dropped into the pool and the Operator cannot be forced to open, check etc. any pipes or drains for this reason.
  29. In the event that a guest damaged the equipment, furnishings etc. of the Establishments intentionally or through negligence the guest causing the damage shall bear the costs of restoration.
  30. Because of an increased danger of slipping, the use of bath slippers etc. is recommended in the whole territory of the Establishments.
  31. The use of the Establishments is prohibited to anyone who suffers from a contagious disease or contagious skin condition, or anyone who has any injuries or open wounds. Should any of our employees detect such an issue, the appointed persons may instruct the guest to leave the pools or common areas.
  32. Any persons under the influence of alcohol or other drugs or psychoactive substances (medicine, narcotic drugs etc.) mustn’t enter or remain in the area of the Establishments and are prohibited from using any services.
  33. Adults cannot use the children’s pool without children.
  34. The A’la carte (Thermal Restaurant and Café) may not be used with a wet body and without slippers.
  35. Compliance with official (health, etc.) regulations is mandatory, and to allow the other spa guests to relax and play sports without any disturbances it is prohibited to: Use the pools without a prior cleansing - footbath, shower.  Use the Spa without a proper swimsuit.  Use the pools with an oily, sandy body or covered in sunblock etc. Be in the area of the indoor pools in shoes or in (regular, i.e. not bathing) clothes. Occupy the stairs of the pools. Jump into the pools from the side or disturb other guests, prevent or endanger their use of the pool. Be in deep water if one cannot swim safely. Eat, smoke, drink alcohol, litter in the pools and to contaminate the pool areas, the pool water and the common areas.  Take any objects to the pool that are fragile, or are capable of causing accidents, injuries, outrage etc. (such as glasses, bottles etc.). Use toiletries in the pools and closed bathing areas.   Take any balls, blow-up mattresses, or any other objects that may disturb bath guests into the thermal water pools, Jacuzzi, diving pool. Take in any fire hazards and explosive materials, weapons, chemicals, etc. Bring any animal into the territory of the spa. Fail to use benches, chairs, rocking chairs, or other items of equipment for their intended purpose or move them. Bring any motor vehicles or bicycles to the area of the spa and use those during operating hours. Sell anything, distribute flyers, beg. To behave in a manner contrary to public policy or to public morality, and to violate the rules of cohabitation in any way.
  36. If the guest contaminates the pool water intentionally or negligently and for this reason the pool needs to be closed, drained or disinfected, etc., the Operator reserves the right to hold the guest responsible for the costs associated therewith and in addition, to be also compensated by them for the loss of revenue resulting from the loss of use of the pool.
  37. Any sickness or accident occurring in the area of the Establishments shall be attended to (if moving the injured person allows it) in the first aid room at the entrance of the spa, by qualified personnel and with appropriate tools. In the event of detection or suspicion of first-aid cases (such as injuries, nausea), please inform spa employees immediately. A detailed record will be established of all occurring cases.  The injured or the person accompanying them and the person providing the first aid prove with their signature that care has been provided — as well as any other comments the parties deem necessary.
  38. In order to prevent fires, it is prohibited to: Smoke in the changing rooms, cabins, corridors, toilets as well as in any of the indoor areas of the Establishments. Smoke anywhere, except in the designated smoking area in the outdoor pool area. Throw a burning cigarette into a plastic container, into flammable garbage.  Conduct any activities that involve fire or cause any open flames.
  39. Should you find any items, please drop them off at the swimming instructors’ place or at the ticket office at the main entrance.
  40. The spa guests may make any remarks or complaints at the ticket office orally, or in the guest book (Register of complaints) stored there, in writing.
  41. If the Operator makes — itself, or instructs somebody to make on its behalf — any advertising etc. materials, for the purpose of presenting or promoting its activities or services, (such as video-, photo-, audio recordings etc.) and potentially any guests may appear on the latter, the guest cannot make any claims against the Operator or anyone else in connection with their appearance on the promotional material or on other media.
  42. The entry ticket price includes the use of the changing rooms. The Operator does not assume any responsibility for the personal clothes and belongings left outside the changing room. Furthermore, the Operator does not assume any responsibility for any clothing or other items brought into the territory of the Establishments or into the pool area or treatment rooms. It is not recommended to bring valuable jewellery or a large amount of cash etc. into the Establishments because the Operator does not assume any responsibility for these either.
  43. Use of the Sauna: The Sauna World has a separate Policy, which is also posted in the Sauna World. Those guests who purchase a sauna entry ticket acknowledge the latter and are obliged to comply with it.
  44. Use of medicinal thermal pools: It is mandatory to take a break after 30 minutes maximum in the thermal water! No child under the age of 14 is permitted to enter the thermal water! The use of the thermal water is not recommended in the following cases and conditions: serious cardiovascular disease, acute, inflammatory diseases, cancer and tumorous diseases, severe hypertension, infectious diseases, fever, pregnancy.
  45. Use of the children’s pool: The use of waterproof, special baby diapers are mandatory for children who are not yet toilet trained. Relatives of young children should only use the children's pool in justified instances (it is strictly forbidden for adults to sit in and soak their feet in the children’s pool).
  46. Use of slides: Slides may only be used facing forwards. It is prohibited to use them standing or sitting backwards. You should keep a proper distance at the start to avoid crashing into others. The next person cannot slide before the person before them finished sliding down into the pool. It is prohibited to use the slides under the influence of drugs, narcotics or alcohol. To use of the slides is prohibited for those who cannot swim well (except the children’s slide). It is prohibited to climb into the slides from the bottom or the sides etc.
  47. It is prohibited to consume in the spa restaurant any food or beverages purchased elsewhere.
  48. It is not possible to distribute flyers or place posters on the walls or other surfaces of the buildings without the permission of the Operator.
  49. The car park can be used free of charge. The operator shall not be liable for any cars parked in the car park or for any possible damages to them. For damages resulting from violation of the rules of the Highway Code and improper use of the car park, the party causing it shall be fully liable for any damage caused - in terms of administrative, civil etc. liability.
  50. Public health conditions: Under the provisions of regulation 37/1996 (X.18.)NM. of the Minister of Welfare the following people cannot enter a public bath: - people suffering from fever, infectious gastrointestinal and skin diseases. - persons suffering from a condition with seizures, loss of consciousness or those who have striking or extensive pathological skin lesions, - persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances. In the event that the above symptoms are detectable on the person using the spa or intending to do so, they can be denied entry or use of the services. If the guest does not meet the above criteria for cleanliness, the Establishments’ Employee, e.g. lifeguard, pool guard, security guard, shift manager, etc. shall have the right to request the guest to undergo a prior medical examination — independent from the Operator — to determine whether their condition poses any risk to the other spa guests.
  51. The present Policy is applicable to all guests who enter the area of the Establishments. The Operator reserves the right to change the provisions of this Policy. The provisions of this Policy shall prevail, in their published form at any given time, but shall not have retroactive effect.
