Safety Instructions

  • Everyone is allowed to use the slides only at their own risk, if they are fit and have the necessary safe swimming skills.
  • The slides may only be used according to the instructions and rules of the pictograms (drawings) placed on them. If there is any difficulty in interpreting the markings, please contact the slide supervisor. He/she is also obliged to follow unconditionally the instructions of the slide staff and the lifeguards.
  • Guests are reminded to use the facility with extreme caution!
  • Sliding is only possible when starting from the starting position. The slides must be used only in the same direction as the line of travel. The use of your own swimming trunks or aids is not allowed. Only the prescribed auxiliary equipment may be used on slides with auxiliary equipment!
  • It is forbidden to climb up the slide from the bottom or from the side, etc.
  • When using the slides, sliders must not wear jewellery, glasses, etc., or any object that could cause injury to themselves or others while sliding.
  • Guests must use the slides with well-groomed and trimmed nails. You are also obliged to arrange your hair in such a way that it does not cause accidents, injuries, etc. while using the elements.
  • If the guest uses the slide with jewellery, watches, glasses or hairpins and the operating company or any other person suffers damage or injury as a result of this, the guest is liable to pay compensation or bear liability for the damage or injury.
  • When setting off, the correct distance must be maintained to avoid slipping on each other. Until the arrival into the pool, no new sliders are allowed to start. Sliding can be started when the display is green.
  • The slides must not be used by: patients with fever, infectious or skin diseases, patients with convulsive unconsciousness (e.g. epilepsy), cardiac patients, persons with open wounds, persons with reduced mobility, persons under the influence of drugs or intoxicating medicine, alcohol.
  • Visually impaired or hearing impaired Guests may use the slide only with the constant supervision of an accompanying person, or at the sole responsibility of the accompanying person.
  • Children under 100 cm of shoulder height level are not allowed to use the slides, with or without adult supervision.
  • Children under the age of 12 may only use the slide under the supervision of a parent or an accompanying adult and under the sole responsibility of the parent or the accompanying adult.
  • The height and weight limits for each slide must always be respected.
  • Damages resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of these rules shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage.
