Sauna World

House Policy

1. Everyone shall use the services of the Sauna World at their own risk and own responsibility!
2. Saunas can only be used at your own risk, in accordance with the general sauna rules (sauna etiquette).
3. A new system has been introduced to provide quality service to our guests. If you leave your clothes in the checkroom, you receive a bracelet. You are financially liable for the bracelet, in case of its loss or damage you shall pay 3500 HUF.
4. The services of the Sauna World are to be used only as intended.
5. Children under the age of 14 may only use the saunas of the Sauna World with parental supervision. It is forbidden for people with fever and infectious diseases to use the saunas!
6. Slippers are mandatory in the area of the changing rooms and showers as well as in the sauna area. The use of slippers or of any other footwear is forbidden in the sauna cabins.
7. The use of towels or sauna sheets is compulsory in the saunas of the Sauna World.
8. We kindly ask our guests to cover the surfaces of the sauna bench, which come into contact with body parts, with towels and sauna sheets at all times! Touching the sauna benches with naked body parts in strictly forbidden for hygienic reasons!
9. The use of a sauna sheets is compulsory in the relax rooms of the sand bath!
10. The dive pool may only be used after showering, for hygienic reasons!
11. Please contact our colleagues at the reception of the Sauna World with any possible problems and comments, so that all issues may be remedied as soon as possible.
12. Any of the following is forbidden in the area of the Sauna World:
• Bringing in any of your own essential oils, or any salt, honey or any other materials.
• Eating, smoking or alcohol consumption.
• Any such activity that is outside the scope of services of the Sauna World, is unlawful or is contrary to public morality.
• Use of any hazardous and flammable materials and / or objects (explosives, pyrotechnical devices, weapons).
13. The services of the Sauna World can only be used during opening hours (unless the operator gave their prior authorization to the contrary).
14. Guests of the Sauna World are required to leave the area on time, taking into consideration the closing time.
15. In the event of non-compliance with these policies and generally accepted rules of conduct, our colleagues are entitled to warn the guest or, in case a warning should prove to be ineffective, request the guest to leave.
16. In case of events that surpass the executive authority of the employees of the Sauna World, the management is entitled to seek the assistance of the police or any other official body, the instructions of whom shall be complied with by all concerned parties.
17. The guest who has been expelled because of a violation shall not be entitled to bring any claims against the operator.
18. In the Sauna World, all guests shall be obliged to comply with good order and cleanliness as well as the basic requirement of civility and respect for other guests.
19. Tisza-parti Thermal Spa shall assume no responsibility for any damage to persons or property arising from non-compliance with the Policies or the irresponsible behaviour of the guests.
20. In addition, the Spa shall assume no responsibility for items left in the area of the Sauna World or in the checkroom.
21. Tisza-parti Thermal Spa’s general policy shall be applicable to any other issues.
22. This Policy may be amended or supplemented by the management of the Tisza-parti Thermal Spa at their own discretion.
23. The present Sauna World Policy shall be freely accessible and reviewable to all guests using the services of the Sauna World, in the area of the Sauna World. Purchasing a ticket shall also qualify as a simultaneously given consent to the Policy!
24. It is forbidden to take any sauna sheets outside of the area of the Sauna World!
