The tourist tax (500 HUF/person/night) is always payable on-site in cash by persons over 18, in accordance with the applicable law.
Good to know
During main season and special periods, reservations can be freely canceled up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this period, a fee amounting to 30% of the accommodation cost will be charged. During mid-, pre-, and post-seasons, reservations can be freely canceled up to 3 days before the arrival date. After this period, a fee amounting to 30% of the accommodation cost will be charged.
Check-in: from 3 PM, check-out: by 11 AM. The reception is open 24/7.
Please ensure you bring a photo ID with you, as current regulations require us to record your personal data in the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA). This regulation also applies to children.
We provide special meals for guests with unique dietary needs based on prior arrangement.
Dogs are welcome at our hotel with prior arrangement. The service fee is 6 000 HUF per dog per night (we accept medium-sized dogs up to 20 kg). Dogs are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant and the spa area. Pets are not accepted in our suites.
Upon request, we provide transfer services for our hotel guests from local bus and train stations for a fee of 2 400 HUF per trip. (Prior arrangement is necessary)
Senior Discount - With Age Comes Privilege and Senior Plus offers are available exclusively for guests aged 60 and above. These packages can be booked for arrivals on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
The price difference between the "from" value indicated in the package offers and the value received in the offer is due to our dynamic pricing.
Our prices vary according to occupancy. The fewer available spots we have for a given period, the higher our prices. Conversely, the more available spots we have for a given period, the more favorable our prices are.
